Starting at the junction of Rutland Road and West Street near the Lindisfarne Social club all participants run an accurately measured mile. Starts 7.15.
5 mile tempo session. Start at coach lane bus stop , down coach lane to coast road , left past wills’s to underpass, down west street and do full lap of Rington 5k course the opposite way back to underpass , then back to start the way you came.Try and work together in groups at mid tempo pace , somewhere between 10 mile and half marathon race pace.

The monthly mile will be held on Monday, September 7th. The first runner will set off at 7:30pm. Runners will then set off individually at 20 second intervals. Please arrive in plenty of time to register and warm up.
