Mark Likeman

Mark joined Heaton Harriers at the end of 2007 after 10 years away from running. He got his first taste of club racing in the tough NE Harrier League and so far 2009 has seen a bundle of PBs. Mark is looking forward to being the joint Men's Team Captain in 2010 and also hopes to complete a whole Grand Prix season without injury! Away from the club, Mark enjoys cycling sportives, the gym, good food and red wine!
