The final of this season Track & Field League takes place on Sunday 14th August at Hexham.
The first throwing event usually starts at 11.30 while the first track event starts at 1pm. The full timetable can found here. Every member is welcome to attend and you can do as little or as much as you want. Please get in touch with any member if you want to compete and IT'S FREE!!!!!
