Paul Howe
Paul joined Heaton in October 2006 with the aim of racing more regularly than his usual annual appearence in the Great North Run. Since joining he has competed for the club in various road races, cross country and track events. From his racing experiences during the past year he has learned he's still not a sprinter and hasn't yet got the hang of the 'crouch' start. Away from running Paul enjoys weekends and playing football; he doesn't like Mondays.
