A great evening for the 11 runners who turned out for the mile. With a good few pbs and several first timers there were lots of good runs. The winner was Les Smith on his first run. This months mile is on Wednesday 23rd, unfortunately the time this begins has had to change. It will now be held at 6.45 to register with 7pm the first runners off. Still to be held on the wagonway behind the barking dog pub at the rising Sun .

The second running of the monthly mile took place on the 11th June 2014. The weather was perfect with the sun beaming down and very little wind, great for a handful of PBs. Well done to everyone but especially Amy Smith, Caitlin Sowter, Danny Routledge and Andy Bell who all posted new PBs.
