Firstly, it has been great to see so many of you back and running with the club. Over the initial sessions we have had 60 different people attending at least one session.
Secondly, thank you for observing the Covid19 Safety protocols that I hope has made not only you feel comfortable but also helped fellow runners, and members of the general public, realise that we are taking it seriously.
We need to maintain this discipline – particularly when we congregate at the beginning and end of each session.
For your information, we are noting names of the people attending each session and their mini-group. It is still important that we run in no more than 6 per group and when doing so abide by social distancing guidelines.
We are still in the caution and learning stage in terms of the schedule, so the following sessions are designed to maintain distance between groups and avoid bottlenecks and bunching while learning a little more along the way.
