Thursday 19th July Round the handicap course or Jesmond dene, 10min warm up

5x5min (3min rec ), Jog back to club.


Tuesday 24rd July Parlauf 400m, Stephenson grass (or else if wet), 28min (GZ)

Thursday 26th July Quayside Loop 10 or 7M (TB)


Tuesday 30th July Heaton Park Hills, 24min (JZ)

Thursday 02nd August  Stephenson grass 2x8x200m (1′ Rec)
